Our standard hire includes 3 hours of active booth time, with setup included in the price and takedown outside of this. We arrive around 60 minutes before your start time to set up, and pack down once your hire period ends which if free as part of our service. Need extra time? Additional hours can be added for £50 per hour.
Our packages are digital-first, meaning guests can instantly download or email their photos using a QR code. Add-on printing will be added to our packages in a future date but currently unavailable.
Absolutely! All packages include a custom photo overlay and branded welcome screen, designed to match your event theme. We’ll work with you before your event to get the look just right.
Yes, we require one standard 240V socket within 5 metres of the booth location. Wi-Fi isn’t essential, but having it means guests can email photos instantly - otherwise, they will still be saved and shared after the event
Simply fill out our online booking form to check availability. We’ll confirm your date and send you payment details for the £75 deposit. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your event. If you need any further details prior to booking, please contact us at hello@inarievents.co.uk
Travel is free within 20 miles of Weston-super-Mare. For venues further away, there is a £0.45 per mile surcharge beyond that radius.
For most packages, the booth is self-operated, which means it’s easy to use and requires no attendant. Our Luxe Package includes an attendant who stays to assist guests and manage the guestbook and prints.
We send all event photos digitally via WeTransfer or alternative transfer sharing software within 3–5 working days. USB copies are available as an add-on for £20, and guest video messages are also available as an add-on.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-19), we’ll happily move your booking to a new date at no extra cost (subject to availability).
