These Terms & Conditions apply to all photo booth hire services provided by Inari Events (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”, “hirer”).
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
1.2 The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to your event date.
1.3 All payments must be made via bank transfer (details will be included in your booking confirmation).
1.4 Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation sent by Inari Events.
1.5 Your date will be held for up to 5 days while awaiting deposit. If payment is not received within this time, the date may be released.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 All cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@inarievents.co.uk.
2.2 The following charges apply:
2.3 Refunds of any other payments (not including the deposit) will exclude transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
2.4 Inari Events reserves the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, illness, severe weather, or government restrictions). In this case, a full refund will be issued, and we will aim to reschedule where possible.
2.5 In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 or similar restrictions, your deposit can be carried over to a future booking for yourself, a family member, or friend.
3. Hire Duration & Setup
3.1 Standard hire includes 3 hours of booth time, excluding setup and takedown.
3.2 Setup and takedown take approximately 45–60 minutes and are provided free of charge.
3.3 If venue access is delayed or restricted, this may reduce your booth time. Additional time will not be added unless agreed in advance.
3.4 Idle time (e.g. early setup before booth use begins) may incur a fee.
4. Travel & Venue Requirements
4.1 Our fee includes travel within a 20-mile radius of Weston-super-Mare. A £0.45 per mile surcharge applies beyond this.
4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure:

5. Use of Equipment & Guest Conduct
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring guests use the equipment respectfully and safely.

5.3 You will be held liable for the full cost of any damage, loss, or theft of equipment or props caused by you or your guests. Invoices for replacement or repair will be provided.
6. Technical Issues
6.1 While all equipment is tested prior to the event, technical faults can occasionally occur.
6.2 If downtime exceeds 30 minutes and cannot be resolved on-site, a partial refund may be issued proportionate to lost booth time.
6.3 If the booth is unplugged, moved or tampered with by venue staff or guests, we are not responsible for downtime or loss of services.
7. Digital Photos & Delivery
7.1 All event images are delivered via WeTransfer or similar file sharing system.
7.2 Delivery is typically within 3–5 working days post-event.
7.3 Photos are stored for 30 days from the event date. After this period, they will be deleted unless otherwise arranged.
8. Marketing Consent
8.1 Unless opted out, Inari Events reserves the right to use images taken during your event for marketing purposes (social media, website, printed material).
8.2 You may opt out of this by providing written notice before your event.
8.3 By using the photo booth, guests are assumed to have consented unless clearly informed otherwise.
9. Liability & Force Majeure

11. Agreement
By placing a booking with Inari Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms will be sent alongside your booking confirmation for your records.
